Welcome to Enve! By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of our services. Please read them carefully before continuing.

Acceptance of the Terms

1.1. By accessing and using the Enve app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend that you do not continue using the app.

Registration and Personal Data

2.1. When registering for Enve, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

2.2. By using the app, you agree to give us access to certain data and permissions, including your email address. We respect your privacy and follow our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Use of the App

3.1. Enve is intended for personal, noncommercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the app for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

3.2. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Enve account. Keep your sign-in information and password secure and do not share them with third parties.

3.3. You agree to use Enve in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms of Use.

In-App Purchases

4.1. Enve may offer in-app purchases, such as additional ebooks or audiobooks. When making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amounts.

4.2. In-app purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as the App Store or Google Play. The terms and conditions of those platforms also apply to your transactions.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to Enve are the exclusive property of our company.

5.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. Enve is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Enve.

Subscriptions, Term, Cancellations, and Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The Subscription Term will be determined by the plan selected by the Subscriber at the time of purchase. The plan will renew automatically at the end of the applicable period. If the Subscriber no longer wishes to continue, the Subscriber must cancel before the renewal date by effectively communicating the decision through official channels.

7.2. Failure to use the Account or deletion of the Account, whether concerning the Access Platforms or Exclusive Content, does not automatically cancel the subscription plan. The Subscriber remains subject to the regular charges for the selected plan and method, as well as the consequences of nonpayment described in these Terms of Use.

7.3. Without limiting the provisions above, we may cancel your Subscription at our sole discretion if you violate the conditions and obligations agreed upon here.

7.4. The Subscriber has 07 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment of the Consideration to exercise the right of withdrawal and cancel the Subscription without any penalty, as provided by Article 49 of Brazilian Law 8,078/1990. In this case, the amount paid by the Subscriber will be refunded within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days after the decision is effectively communicated through official channels, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT-4), together with bank details and account registration information.

7.5. If the Subscriber requests cancellation of the Subscription, the Subscriber must pay all installments of the selected plan. Withdrawal before the current plan term ends does not cancel the remaining installments, except as provided in paragraph 1 of this section.

7.6. If the purchase was made through online payment via Google Play or the Apple Store, stopping renewal and requesting a refund are the sole responsibility of those partners and are subject to each partner's rules and policies.

7.7. For purchases made by Credit Card, the refund will appear only on a statement issued after the period described in item 7.4 because of the banking transaction between the consumer and their financial institution.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for checking the updated terms periodically.
