I can't download the app

Corrupted cached data in the Google Play Store on Android devices or the App Store on iOS devices can cause errors during installation. Clear the app store cache and check for pending store updates.

5. Update the app store

Check for updates to the app store you are using to download Enve. An outdated store version may cause download problems.

6. Try again later

If the app store is experiencing heavy traffic, try downloading the app later when traffic may be lower.
